Housekeeper/Nanny PositionA loving family living in Bethesda, MD is seeking a live-in housekeeper/nanny to help keep their home in top shape and assist with their four children. All of the children are in school programs daily so it would mostly be caring for the two year old. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 8 hour days, guaranteed 40 hours per week. If candidates are open to more hours, that can be discussed. The parents work from home and are around so it would be rare to ever be alone with all four children at once. The position is seeking a candidate who is looking for longevity and to grow with the family. Someone who is happy to be both with the children and handling the housekeeping. Must be open to traveling with the family. Ready to hire upon finding the right person.ResponsibilitiesDaily maintenance of a high-end homeDaily childcare from toddler to school age childrenDriving children to/from activities, is a plus but not required to driveOpen to traveling with the familyMorning routine of getting all four children off to schoolLaundry, ironing and cleaning the homeGrocery shoppingMeal prep/cooking for the children, family is a plusThere is downtime throughout the dayTraveling with the family, as needed (Travel to Florida 4 times a year, including 2 months in the summer, in addition to 1-2 family vacations a year.)Note: Private accommodations in own room above the garage with private entrance, mini kitchen, bedroom and bath.RequirementsLegal to work in the USClean and valid DL is a plusDriving is not a requirement, but a plus!Able to travel domestically and internationally with the family is requiredPrior high-end housekeeping experiencePrior experience in a home with multiple childrenSalary and BenefitsThe family is offering $45/hr+ depending on experience.
