VFM is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial fencing projects from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Visit active job sites daily to monitor project progress.
• Ensure installations meet VFM quality standards and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with installation crews, sales staff, and production.
• Verify measurements, layouts, and project specifications.
• Resolve job site issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain project schedules and keep jobs moving efficiently.
• Communicate project updates with customers and management.
• Perform final walkthroughs and quality inspections before project completion.
• Promote a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Construction or fencing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read plans and understand project specifications.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.

VFM is looking for a hardworking, dependable Fabrication Assistant to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade with long-term career growth.

You will work alongside experienced fabricators learning how to manufacture custom vinyl fencing, gates, patio covers, and other outdoor products. As your skills develop, you'll advance into independently fabricating complete fencing projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the fabrication of vinyl fencing and gates.
• Learn fabrication techniques, equipment operation, and quality standards.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and prepare materials for production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Help load and organize completed orders.
• Follow production schedules and manufacturing procedures.
• Perform quality checks throughout the fabrication process.

Qualifications

• No fencing experience required—we will train the right candidate.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
