Join Our Team – Commercial Electrical Estimator

We are a growing commercial electrical contractor serving Southwestern Pennsylvania and are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who can accurately prepare competitive estimates and help drive the continued success of our company.
Responsibilities
· Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial electrical projects.
· Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
· Perform quantity takeoffs and material pricing.
· Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
· Collaborate with customers throughout the bidding process.
· Assist with value engineering and budgeting opportunities.
· Maintain organized bid documentation and estimating records.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience estimating commercial electrical construction projects.
· Experience with healthcare facilities, higher education projects, and commercial tenant fit-outs/build-outs is highly preferred.
· Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and applicable codes.
· Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
